During a working trip to the Cherkasy region, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his wife Olena visited the newly built modern cultural center "Shevchenko HUB" in Kaniv.
The local house of culture with 700 seats was a long-term construction. It was included in the Large Construction National Program and completed in 2021 in preparation for the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Ukraine's independence. This is a significant modern cultural space for the Cherkasy region.
All premises of the cultural center are equipped on the principles of inclusion and are accessible to people with disabilities.
