President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held another meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief on Saturday.
Staff members listened to the reports of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the commanders of the task forces about the situation at the front. Separately, the situation in Donetsk region was in focus. Measures were determined to strengthen the grouping of Ukrainian troops to repel enemy attacks.
The participants of the meeting also considered the needs of the defense forces for the further de-occupation of the territories in the south and east of Ukraine, in particular, the provision of units with weapons and necessary equipment.
In addition, a report about the current situation in the energy system, the progress of work on eliminating the consequences of Russian missile strikes in various regions of Ukraine, and the restoration of energy supply in the newly de-occupied territories was heard.
The meeting was attended by: Head of the Office of the President Andrii Yermak, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov, Minister of Defense Oleksiy Reznikov, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny, Defense Intelligence Chief Kyrylo Budanov, Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Lytvynenko, Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky and the commanders of the task forces.
The meeting of the Staff was also attended by: Minister of Internal Affairs Denys Monastyrsky, Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba, Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov, other members of the government, heads of security and law enforcement agencies.
