Iryna Mudra, Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, met with Julia Fromholz, Head of the Anti-Corruption Division in the Directorate for Financial and Enterprise Affairs of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
The main topic of the meeting was the cooperation between the OECD and Ukraine in the fight against corruption, and the steps necessary for Ukraine to become a member of the organization.
Julia Fromholz highlighted Ukraine's significant progress towards joining the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention and the Working Group on Bribery.
“Our country is steadily advancing towards greater transparency, enhanced governance efficiency, and strengthened institutional capacity,” Iryna Mudra stressed.
The Deputy Head of the Presidential Office also thanked the Organization for helping Ukraine to become more transparent to its partners and attractive for investment.
