Operational Situation, Tasks and Needs of Each Unit: The President Held a Meeting of the Staff in Kharkiv

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief in Kharkiv.

The Head of State received a detailed report from the Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi, the Commander of the Khortytsia OSGT Yuriy Sodol, and the Commander of the Kharkiv OTGT Mykhailo Drapatyi on the operational situation, the tasks and needs of each brigade and unit involved, including those in the Kharkiv region near Vovchansk and Lyptsi.

During the Staff meeting, the participants analyzed in detail the prospects for the development of the combat situation, the threats of the coming days and weeks, and Ukraine's capabilities to counter Russia's offensive plans.

As of today, the situation in the Kharkiv region is generally under control, and our warriors are inflicting significant losses on the occupier. However, the situation in this direction remains extremely difficult, so our units are being reinforced.

The Chief of the Defense Intelligence Kyrylo Budanov and the Head of the Foreign Intelligence Service Oleh Ivashchenko reported on the occupier's intentions, while the Head of the Security Service Vasyl Maliuk reported on counter-sabotage measures. A plan of further actions was developed both for the Kharkiv regional authorities and for all structures responsible for security in the region.

The President also heard reports from the authorities of other border and frontline regions on the current situation, the main risks, and the key needs, he also gave relevant instructions.
