During a working visit to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte visited the Royal Netherlands Air Force base in Eindhoven.
The Head of State was briefed on the operation and maintenance of F-16 fighter jets, which Ukraine is seeking to obtain to reinforce the AFU Air Force.
The President heard information from Commander of the Royal Netherlands Air Force André Steur and inspected two F-16 fighter jets. Volodymyr Zelenskyy climbed into the cockpit of one of the fighter jets and familiarized himself with the equipment.
The Head of State expressed gratitude to Mark Rutte, his government, the Royal Netherlands Air Force Command, all military and instructors for supporting Ukraine and reliable and effective cooperation.
