In Zaporizhzhia, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof participated in the regional educational forum "Creating the Future Together," during which the educational app "Mriya" was presented.
The President expressed his gratitude to the entire team involved in developing "Mriya."
"Last year, we announced the development of an app that could truly modernize our Ukrainian school education. An app that could bring maximum positivity to children's school experiences, provide parents with full understanding of what is happening in school, and give teachers maximum freedom to structure learning effectively," said Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
He noted that today, the first 40 schools have joined "Mriya," and there are already 100,000 users.
"Mriya" is a separate app for students, parents, and teachers, along with a web portal for educators and school administration.
"In other words, the smartphone will make the management of the entire learning process easier and more efficient. The web portal will help eliminate bureaucracy, allowing for quicker planning and management of the educational process without unnecessary paperwork," the President remarked.
Through the app, students will receive an ID card, complete assignments, better plan their day, and access educational content. Parents will be able to monitor their child's progress. Teachers will have the ability to create lesson plans and schedules, fill out journals, assign homework, provide additional materials, grade assignments, and track attendance.
