The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, held telephone conversations with the President of the Republic of Finland Alexander Stubb, the President of the Latvian Republic Edgars Rinkēvičs, the Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sánchez and the Prime Minister of Belgium Alexander De Croo. All of them confirmed their participation in the Global Peace Summit that will be held in Switzerland this June.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had phone conversations with Presidents of Lithuania and Poland Gitanas Nausėda and Andrzej Duda and Prime Ministers of Estonia and Canada Kaja Kallas and Justin Trudeau.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with infantrymen, relatives of fallen Heroes and unit commanders, and presented state awards, battle flags and honorary awards.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the Bohdan Khmelnytskyi National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

During his working visit to the Khmelnytskyi region, the Head of State met with border guards and presented them with awards.

During his working visit to Khmelnytskyi, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy participated in the presentation of the Made in Ukraine economic platform.

"The key thing today is the security of the Khmelnytskyi region and its people. Of course, assistance to our military, the wounded, especially rehabilitation, is also important," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

"Thank you for everything you do for our country. It's a pleasure to be here and award you. Thank you for defending Ukraine. Get well and come back home. I wish you and all of us victory," the Head of State said.

The Head of State thanked the UK Government for the largest package of defense support worth half a billion pounds announced last week. 

The First Peace Summit for Ukraine will be held on June 15-16, following the January agreement between the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, and the President of the Swiss Confederation, Viola Amherd. The parties have chosen Bürgenstock, located near the Swiss city of Lucerne, as the venue.
