During the meeting, the parties discussed bilateral cooperation and security challenges for both countries. The heads of state emphasized that there is no alternative to European integration for Ukraine and Georgia.

The Head of State praised Gabriel Boric's personal participation in the Global Peace Summit and broad representation of Latin American countries at the level of leaders.

The leaders noted that the inaugural Peace Summit had succeeded in bringing together an unprecedented representation of participants – 101 countries and international organizations from all continents. Two-thirds of the participating countries are represented at the highest level.

The Head of State informed on the preparations to the Global Peace Summit and thanked the Prime Minister of India for the expected presence of the high-level delegation at the event. The leaders discussed the agenda of the Summit.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked Joseph Biden for his leadership, which was demonstrated, in particular, by this agreement and years of support for Ukraine, as well as both teams that worked on the content of the document.

More than two years after Russia’s brutal and unprovoked assault on Ukraine, today, President Biden is stating unequivocally that the United States and its partners will stand with Ukraine as it fights for its freedom and for the principles enshrined in the UN Charter.

With this document, the United States assumes long-term security commitments aimed at supporting Ukraine's efforts to win the war and deter possible Russian military aggression in the future.
