President Volodymyr Zelenskyy took part in the 24th meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in the Ramstein format.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy outlined Ukraine’s primary needs, particularly in air defense, electronic warfare systems, armored vehicles, and artillery. The Head of State emphasized the necessity of obtaining permission and means from partner countries to strike at the bases of carriers of guided aerial bombs.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb (USA) in Kyiv. In the presence of the Head of State, a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Zhytomyr region and the state of Indiana was signed.

The President thanked Ireland for its unwavering support of Ukraine. Since the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, Ireland has provided humanitarian aid and assistance to Ukrainian infrastructure worth €380 million.

Since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion, Ireland has provided humanitarian, stabilization, and non-lethal military aid to Ukraine, totaling approximately €380 million. This year, Ireland has committed to providing an additional €128 million in non-lethal military support and at least €40 million in humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

The President also briefed his interlocutor on the consequences of the massive Russian attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure with ballistic and cruise missiles, along with kamikaze drones, which led to the temporary disconnection of NPP units from the grid and a reduction in their capacity.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau.

In Zaporizhzhia, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof met with veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war, including warriors from the Armed Forces, Territorial Defense, and the National Guard. They have fought on various fronts and defended Ukraine both since 2014 and 2022.

During a working visit to the Zaporizhzhia region, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reviewed the restoration of an apartment building that was destroyed in October 2022.
