The Head of State discussed with the Air Force Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Mykola Oleshchuk a new scheme of air defense of Kharkiv, which would include additional air defense units.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy attended the presentation of the Made in Ukraine economic platform and held a meeting with representatives of the Kharkiv region business community.

Brigadier General Yuri Halushkin reported to the Head of State on the operational situation in his area and the readiness to respond to potential threats from Russia.

Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov noted that the fortifications consist of an extensive system of trenches, dugouts and other types of shelters. Barrier lines are being set up in the region: concrete pyramids, dragon's teeth, and anti-tank ditches.

At the summit to be held in Kyiv, Ukraine aims to bring together all ambassadors and key partners.

Ukraine regularly informs the American side about the situation on the front line and the defense forces' urgent needs. Macro-financial assistance from the United States will strengthen the economy of the state and our Armed Forces.

Air defense systems, domestic weaponry, and fighter jets are effective tools in combating Russia's guided aerial bombs. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized this in an interview with the Unified News telethon.

The President of Ukraine emphasized that only through joint efforts can the world stop Russia's aggression. Therefore, the summit will bring together countries from all continents.

The Head of State noted that three lines of defense are being erected even where there is no active combat. Regardless of the direction, fortifications are being built to the same standards.

The President emphasized the vital need for the United States Congress to promptly adopt a decision on providing a support package.
