President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is convinced that the incumbent leader of the aggressor state, Vladimir Putin, is increasingly isolating the Russian Federation from the civilized world through his tenure as President and the continuation of his policy. The head of the Ukrainian state said this in an interview with Italian media representatives during an official visit to Italy.

At their meeting in Rome on 13th May 2023, the President of Ukraine and the President of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic issued the following declaration.

Zelenskyy asked Pope Francis to comprehensively contribute to the implementation of the Peace Formula, particularly in the areas of food security, the release of prisoners and deported persons, and the restoration of justice.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has amended the Statute of the title of Hero of Ukraine, according to which preliminary consideration of applications for the highest state title will be carried out by an expert group under the Commission of State Awards and Heraldry under the President. The President signed the relevant decree today.

The Presidential Foundation for Support of Education, Science and Sports together with the Royal Society of London and the Universities Policy Engagement Network (UPEN) are organizing "Ukraine's Recovery: Rebuilding with Research" conference.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is convinced that the increase in the intensity of attacks with missiles and Shaheds by the aggressor state is due to the fact that the enemy failed to demonstrate to its society significant victories by May 9, including the capture of the city of Bakhmut.
