“The Ukrainian state needs new principles of gratitude to you, gratitude to all those who fought in the war for Ukraine's freedom and independence. The invaluable experience of Ukrainian warriors should be effectively used in the process of ensuring real security for the world,” the President said.

"This is an important moment for us. Especially when Russia blocks our grain initiative, we should at least be able to transit. Transit is also complicated today. But still, this issue goes beyond the bilateral relations of Ukraine and Poland – this issue has already been brought to the level of the European Union," Zelenskyy said.

Zelenskyy thanked Nausėda for defense assistance to Ukraine, which reached about 1.5% of Lithuania's GDP. Separately, he noted today's decision to buy two NASAMS launchers by the Republic of Lithuania to transfer them to Ukraine.

Zelenskyy expressed gratitude for the defense assistance that Poland provides to our country. The President of Ukraine also highly appreciated Warsaw's leadership in creating a tank coalition and active participation in the coalition of fighters, in particular, the willingness to train Ukrainian pilots on F-16 fighter jets.

At the meeting, the leaders of the three countries discussed the entire range of current security issues. Zelenskyy briefed his colleagues on the active actions of the Ukrainian troops at the front, which make it possible to liberate our land step by step. The parties discussed preparations for the NATO summit in Vilnius.

"We will create a new and much stronger Ukraine! Let's all decide together what kind of winner Ukraine will be. Just as we protect freedom and independence together," the President said.

In particular, the Head of State laid flowers at the Hetman's monument at the intersection of Lypska and Pylyp Orlyk streets in Kyiv.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy briefed Jonas Gahr Støre on his recent trip to the frontline positions of Ukrainian troops in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions, spoke about the current situation on the battlefield and the daily steps to de-occupy Ukrainian territory.

During a working trip to Zaporizhzhia region, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the frontline positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Melitopol sector.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy also spoke with the military who took part in the liberation of settlements in the Berdyansk direction. He thanked the soldiers for their heroic service and presented them with state awards.
