The two presidents visited the “Angels of Victory” memorial, located on the site where decisive battles for Moshchun took place.

The President expressed gratitude to Norway for its defense and humanitarian support for Ukraine and acknowledged Norway’s efforts in developing a European plan for achieving a just peace and reliable security guarantees.

In Oslo, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Masud Gharahkhani, President of the Storting, and the leaders of political parties represented in the Norwegian Parliament.

In Oslo, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Prime Minister of Norway Jonas Gahr Støre. During the meeting, the parties discussed specific measures to strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities, including enhancing air defense, providing ammunition for Ukrainian troops, investing in Ukraine’s defense industry, and developing joint production.

During his virtual participation in the European Council meeting, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on partners to further increase support for Ukraine, invest in Ukrainian and domestic weapons production, maintain sanctions against Russia, and make efforts to unblock the negotiation process on Ukraine's accession to the EU.

In particular, the leaders will discuss steps to strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities, enhance air defense, supply F-16 aircraft, artillery systems and ammunition, and invest in Ukrainian weapons production.

In Helsinki, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of Finland Alexander Stubb visited Merihaka, the city’s largest civil protection shelter, built in 2003.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a phone conversation with President of the European Council António Costa. The Head of State thanked for the invitation to participate in tomorrow's meeting of the European Council, which he will join online. Volodymyr Zelenskyy and António Costa coordinated their positions and discussed key issues on the agenda.

The Ukrainian President thanked Finnish companies for supporting Ukraine during the full-scale Russian invasion. Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that the experience of the Finnish defense industry is of great importance for Ukrainian arms production.
