President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is keeping the situation with the murder of a military medic and the wounding of soldiers during the evacuation of the body of a dead serviceman in the Zaitseve district of the Donetsk region under personal control.

Four additional hospitals are involved in working with COVID-19 patients in Zakarpattia to help with the admission of the infected. This was announced by Chief medical officer of Ukraine Viktor Lyashko in response to a question from the President of Ukraine at a traditional conference call chaired by Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy called on the Prime Minister of Croatia to join efforts to properly coordinate and inform in advance about possible changes in the order of crossing the border by our citizens.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed the need to prepare a clear list and plan for the implementation of facilities that will expand the "Great Construction" program next year - in particular, theaters, museum complexes, and so on, for the responsible ministries and regional state administrations to plan the allocation of funds for that already now.

Pursuant to the instructions by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine together with international experts has formed a roadmap for tourism development, which will form the basis of the strategy for the development of tourism and resorts. This was reported by the Minister of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine Oleksandr Tkachenko at a meeting chaired by the President.

The first results of the implementation of the program of stimulating the economy of Ukraine to overcome the consequences of COVID-19 give reasons to expect further gradual recovery of economic development. The Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal reported this to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a meeting of the Head of State with representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers.

During a meeting with the Cabinet of Ministers, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed the need for tougher criminal liability for drunk driving, which led to the death of people in a car accident.

On July 20-23, President of the Swiss Confederation Simonetta Sommaruga will pay a state visit to Ukraine at the invitation of the President of Ukraine.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed the Law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning State Support of Culture, Creative Industries, Tourism, Small and Medium Enterprises Due to the Restrictive Measures Related to the Spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)”.

In Ukraine, there is a certain stabilization of the situation with the spread of coronavirus infection. This is evidenced by the decrease in the number of hospitalizations over the past week, Minister of Health Maksym Stepanov said during a traditional conference call chaired by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
