The President of Ukraine informed Heiko Maas of the security situation in Donbas and expressed gratitude for Germany's consistent support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of our state.

On the Independence Day of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and his wife Olena visited the National Military Medical Clinical Center "Main Military Clinical Hospital" and talked to the wounded defenders and their relatives.

"Today I submitted letters to the government on the establishment of two awards: for a significant contribution to the development of science and scientific achievements - the Borys Paton State Award, and for a significant contribution to the development of music - the Myroslav Skoryk State Award," the President said during the festivities on the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine.

When Ukraine returns all its citizens from captivity and all its territories, there will definitely be a grand victory parade with the participation of troops and equipment. Until then, the military equipment is in the east, where it is most needed. It was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a speech on the occasion of the Independence Day of Ukraine.

Ukraine does not have regions - "breadwinners" or "subsidized" regions, because each region is important and irreplaceable, without which one cannot build a dream country, as stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during festivities on the Independence Day of Ukraine.

We are all children of Ukraine, regardless of language, religion and nationality, and no one can be given a chance to sow discord between us, as stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a speech at the celebrations of the 29th anniversary of independence.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasizes that the best gift to Ukraine for Independence Day is healthy citizens. Therefore, the country is taking all necessary measures to overcome the coronavirus epidemic.

Beginning his speech on the occasion of the 29th anniversary of the Independence Day of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed hope that the achieved agreement on the introduction of a full and comprehensive ceasefire regime in Donbas would transform into a full-fledged establishment of peace.
