By deliberately striking the shelter over the 4th power unit of the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant, Russia has once again demonstrated its complete unwillingness to seek peace, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated during a media briefing at the Munich Security Conference.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a phone call with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked Spain for the fact that Ukraine can count on it in political and diplomatic efforts towards strengthening security in Europe.

The Ukrainian President emphasized that Europe must be a full participant in any negotiations regarding the end of the war, as this is crucial for the security of both Ukraine and the entire continent.

In the Rivne region, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held his first meeting with business representatives this year as part of the "Made in Ukraine" and "Government-Business Dialogue" platforms.

During his conversation with students, the President outlined Ukraine’s stance on ending the war, securing a just and lasting peace, and preserving its independence.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Donald Tusk discussed the key messages and the need to coordinate the positions of all Europeans to secure successful outcomes for the whole of Europe, as well as to form a unified position of Ukraine, Europe and the United States before any negotiations with the Russian dictator.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the Khmelnytskyi Nuclear Power Plant, where he received a briefing on the construction progress of the third power unit and held a meeting on the energy sector.  

The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine held a meeting chaired by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to consider lowering the prices of medicines and extending the sanctions policy.

The President emphasized Ukraine's readiness to work with Donald Trump's administration to implement the “peace through strength” approach. A just and lasting peace requires real security guarantees for Ukraine.
