According to the President, first of all, everyone must make sure that Russia, as the sole source of this war, accepts the need to end it. This can be proved by two forms of silence that are easy to establish and monitor: no attacks on energy and other civilian infrastructure, namely a truce on missiles, bombs and long-range drones, and a truce on the water, meaning the cessation of military operations in the Black Sea.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen and President of the European Council António Costa in Brussels.

The Head of State expressed gratitude for the support of Belgium and Belgian people, particularly for the decision to provide F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine and for the training of Ukrainian pilots and technical personnel.

The leaders coordinated their positions and steps toward achieving a just and lasting peace. The Head of State expressed his gratitude to each partner for their support of the Ukrainian people.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held telephone conversations with President of Finland Alexander Stubb, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenković, and Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis, during which they discussed the results of the Leaders' Summit in London and the next joint steps to achieve a just and sustainable peace.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a phone conversation with President of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda, President of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs, and Prime Minister of Estonia Kristen Michal.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had an audience with His Majesty King Charles III of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The London Summit on Ukraine brought together 18 heads of state and government, along with leaders of international institutions. There is a clear consensus that strong security guarantees must be the foundation of any potential ceasefire. The leaders also discussed the importance of the U.S. role in ensuring sufficient support and cooperation to end the war and maintain transatlantic unity.

The allies will coordinate their positions, develop a joint action plan, and outline concrete steps toward ending the war with a just peace and providing Ukraine with robust security guarantees.

A separate focus was placed on providing robust security guarantees for Ukraine and all of Europe. The leaders discussed new formats for consultations between European countries and the United States.
