President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had phone conversations with Speaker of the House of Representatives Mike Johnson, Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell and Senate Democratic Majority Leader Chuck Schumer.

World leaders will soon receive invitations to the first Global Peace Summit that will take place in Switzerland in June.

The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with the Minister for Industry, Business and Financial Affairs of Denmark Morten Bødskov, who is currently visiting our country.

The Head of State expressed gratitude for the allocation of the largest defense support package from the United Kingdom to date in the amount of half a billion pounds, which contains the most necessary weapons for Ukraine: Storm Shadow and other types of missiles, hundreds of armored vehicles and watercraft, and ammunition.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with a bipartisan delegation of the United States Congress that is on a visit to Ukraine.

The ceremony traditionally took place in the territory of St. Sophia of Kyiv National Conservation Area.

"On behalf of all Ukrainians, I thank you personally, your administration, both parties of the Congress and the entire American nation for the decision that certainly brings our common victory closer. We look forward to the swift completion of this process in the Senate," Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the Orders of the Golden Star to the servicemen who had been awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine and to the families of the fallen Heroes, he also handed the Cross of Military Merit decorations.

"This includes artillery, strategic long-range weapons, ATACMS – all of this is important to avoid losing people at the front. The reason we are losing them is because we don't have the appropriate long-range weapons. This, as well as air defense, which is so important, is certainly a priority today," the Head of State said.
