On the Day of Defenders of Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy honored warriors with state awards, presented battle flags to brigades, and conferred honorary titles. On the 83rd anniversary of the Babyn Yar tragedy, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy honored the memory of the victims of mass Nazi executions during the occupation of Kyiv in 1941-1943.

In New York, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, met with the 45th President of the United States, Donald Trump.

In Washington, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Vice President of the United States Kamala Harris and presented the Victory Plan to her.

We have to end this war, we need a just peace. We must protect our people – Ukrainian families, Ukrainian children – and everyone from Putin’s evil. And we are grateful to America for supporting Ukraine all along.

The leaders discussed the diplomatic, economic, and military aspects of the Plan and instructed their teams to hold consultations on the future steps.

The President emphasized that freedom relies on bipartisan support and determination of the United States.

In Washington, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with a bipartisan delegation from the U.S. Senate, led by Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer and Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell, to present the key points of the Victory Plan.

The G7 + Ukraine meeting took place in New York, where more than 30 countries and the European Union adopted a Joint Declaration of Support for Recovery and Reconstruction of Ukraine.
