On the eve of International Students' Day, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke with students and professors of Colombian higher education institutions – the University of La Sabana, the Externado University, the University of Cartagena, the University of Santo Tomas, the Pontifical Bolivarian University and the University of the Andes.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Josep Borrell, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, who has visited Ukraine for the fifth time since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion.

“For almost a year, we have been gathering at least once a month in the Mariyinsky Palace to continue our state's initiative for its warriors. A tradition of profound gratitude, respect and attention to the best sons and daughters of Ukraine, Heroes of Ukraine and the families of our Heroes,” Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

“Talk of a ceasefire is dangerous when there are no security guarantees for Ukraine – clear, real, ones that we can trust, not merely rhetorical assurances. Such a ceasefire prepares the ground for continued occupation of Ukraine and the destruction of our independence and sovereignty,” he emphasized.
