According to the Head of State, civil society can help in uniting Ukrainians and the international community in support of Ukraine. Our victory requires exactly the kind of unity we had in the early days of the full-scale Russian invasion.

The meeting was attended by more than 200 children who will go on the next shift. For 12 days, the schoolchildren will travel through the cities of Western Ukraine.

The Head of State noted that there must be personal accountability for the situation. He instructed the Prime Minister of Ukraine to resolve the problem at the central executive level, particularly within the relevant ministries, and stressed that personnel decisions are needed.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi met with military personnel of the State Border Guard Service intelligence and awarded them with state honors.

The United States has allocated a new defense aid package to Ukraine totaling $400 million. U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin announced this during a meeting with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Kyiv.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting with the newly appointed Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France Jean-Noël Barrot, who paid his first visit to Ukraine.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented 25 certificates to warriors and relatives of fallen servicemen of the Land Forces, the Air Force, the Naval Forces, the Airborne Assault Forces, the Special Operations Forces, the Territorial Defense Forces, the Unmanned Systems Forces, as well as 5 certificates to representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard.

In Brussels, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and, together with Ukraine’s Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov, took part in a Ukraine – NATO Council meeting at the defense ministers' level.

In Brussels, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, accompanied by Belgian Minister of Foreign Affairs Hadja Lahbib, visited a military hospital where Ukrainian defenders are undergoing treatment.

The Head of State acknowledged Roberta Metsola’s personal leadership and the strong voice of the European Parliament in supporting Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression, as well as on the path toward EU membership.
