On December 11, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy will commence a working visit to the United States. The President of Ukraine will meet with U.S. President Joe Biden and hold a series of meetings and negotiations.

The inauguration ceremony, which was attended by the previous President of Argentina, Alberto Fernández, and invited representatives of foreign states, government leaders and officials, took place at the National Congress of Argentina in Buenos Aires.

The Head of State congratulated Daniel Noboa on assuming the office of President of Ecuador in November of this year. Volodymyr Zelenskyy praised Ecuador's stance in support of international organizations' resolutions condemning Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

The Head of State expressed gratitude for Uruguay's stance within the International Maritime Organization in support of the resolution on the impact of the Russian armed invasion of Ukraine on international navigation adopted in December this year.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy informed his Paraguayan counterpart about the progress in the implementation of the Ukrainian Peace Formula and the results of three meetings of the national security and foreign policy advisors.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed gratitude for the preparations to receive Ukrainian pilots for the second phase of the F-16 aircraft training program.

The Head of State emphasized the importance of Cape Verde's principled stand in supporting Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity, condemning Russian aggression, and specific steps taken by Cape Verde in support of Ukraine's international initiatives.

"I urge you to enlarge our coalition – to increase the chances of every Ukrainian child to live at home, to live in general, to return not in years but as soon as possible," Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy had a phone call with Prime Minister of Estonia Kaja Kallas.

On the occasion of the beginning of the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and representatives of the Jewish clergy of Ukraine took part in the Hanukkah candle lighting ceremony.
