Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, reported to the Head of State that 18 houses with 250 apartments were rebuilt last year, and people were provided with shelters that had not been available before.

The President outlined the situation on the frontline and emphasized the need to protect civilians and expand Ukraine's long-range capabilities.
