Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak had a phone call with Emmanuel Bonne, Foreign Policy Advisor to the President of France.
Andriy Yermak informed his interlocutor about the situation at the front, the urgent needs of the Defense Forces, in particular, in artillery rounds and air defense reinforcement.
The parties also discussed the implementation of the Ukrainian Peace Formula and preparations for the inaugural peace summit at the level of state leaders in Switzerland.
Andriy Yermak and Emmanuel Bonne focused on concrete steps to implement the bilateral Agreement on security cooperation between Ukraine and France, signed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President Emmanuel Macron in Paris on February 16, 2024.
The interlocutors also discussed the preparation and agenda of Emmanuel Macron's visit to Ukraine.
The Head of the President's Office expressed gratitude to the French side for constant powerful support of the Ukrainian people and initiatives aimed at strengthening the defense capabilities of our country in order to repel Russian aggression and restore peace on the European continent.
