Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine had a conversation with the Secretary of State of the Holy See

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak had a phone call with Secretary of State of the Holy See Cardinal Pietro Parolin.

The Head of the President's Office informed the interlocutor about Ukraine's efforts aimed at achieving peace in Ukraine, in particular, consultations on key principles of peace at the level of national security advisors and political advisors to the leaders of Brazil, the United Kingdom, Denmark, the EU, Italy, India, Canada, Germany, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, the United States, Türkiye, Ukraine, France, and Japan, which took place in Copenhagen.

According to Andriy Yermak, these consultations continued in the form of his weekly meetings with representatives of foreign diplomatic missions in Kyiv. In particular, the second such meeting took place today. It was attended by ambassadors of the G7 countries, the EU Delegation to Ukraine and heads of diplomatic missions of South Africa, China, Denmark, Spain, India, the Republic of Korea, the Netherlands, Indonesia, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Poland, Türkiye, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Brazil, Argentina and the Vatican in Ukraine.

Andriy Yermak thanked Pietro Parolin for the participation of the Apostolic Nuncio to Ukraine and titular Archbishop of Martana, Archbishop Visvaldas Kulbokas, in today's meeting in Kyiv. 

The Head of the President's Office expressed gratitude to Pietro Parolin for his willingness to facilitate the process of returning Ukrainian children illegally deported by Russia to their homeland.

Andriy Yermak noted that the return of Ukrainian citizens is among the 10 points of the Peace Formula of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
