The parties focused on the realization of Ukraine's European aspirations. Ihor Zhovkva informed the interlocutor about the practical steps taken by our state to achieve this strategic goal.
An exchange of views took place on the importance of fixing Ukraine's European perspective, as well as on the possible ways Finland can assist in achieving such an ambitious goal.
Petri Hakkarainen reaffirmed Finland's continued support for Ukraine's European integration aspirations.
The Deputy Head of the President's Office informed the interlocutor about the preparations for the inaugural summit of the Crimea Platform, which will take place on August 23 this year in Kyiv, and about its content.
The interlocutors also discussed measures of high-level bilateral political dialogue for the near future.
