Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak met with representatives of the Lutheran World Federation.
Andriy Yermak thanked the representatives of the Lutheran Church for their support of Ukraine and Ukrainians.
He also noted that Lutheranism is strongly represented in many influential countries and called on its followers to promote the idea and purpose of the Global Peace Summit, which is to develop a joint plan for restoring a just peace for Ukraine.
"This is a very challenging time for resilience and defense. That is why it is extremely important that politicians adopt strong decisions. That is why I urge you to spread the word about the Summit, encouraging its support among the countries that welcome a just peace," the Head of the Presidential Office said.
Andriy Yermak also emphasized the importance of conveying the truth about the war in Ukraine among the countries of the Global South.
