President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy is ready to help the country develop both within the presidential powers and simply as a person. He stated this during a speech at the presentation of the Development Strategy of the Khmelnytskyi region until 2027.
"It may be common for someone when the President of Ukraine does not leave Kyiv or even the government quarter of Kyiv, but this is definitely not about me or our team," the President said.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy noted that Ukraine is not only the capital. And in the last few weeks, he and his team have visited 11 regions of the country.
"All this is very important for understanding the real situation in Ukraine. In order to see, in order to hear, in order to help first of all, and if necessary, to accelerate some processes in our country. And when someone says that this is not a presidential competence, I will be honest: if I can provide a road, a hospital, a school, a kindergarten or a stadium for citizens, I will always do it. And it doesn't matter to me whether to do it within the powers of the President or the responsibilities of an ordinary person," the Head of State stressed.
