On the 155th anniversary of the birth of a prominent Ukrainian scientist, politician, public figure, one of the initiators and ideologists of the revival of Ukrainian statehood in the early XX century Mykhailo Hrushevsky, a basket of flowers from President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was laid at the monument to historian on Volodymyrska Street in Kyiv.
Flowers were also laid at the monument on the grave of Mykhailo Hrushevsky at the Baikove Cemetery in the capital.
