During a working visit to Donetsk region, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited a frontline stabilization center that receives wounded and injured Ukrainian servicemen from the Bakhmut area.
The Head of State inspected the premises and equipment of the center, talked to the wounded warriors and medics.
The command of the stabilization point told the President about their current needs, including armored evacuation vehicles.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy awarded a wounded soldier of the 3rd separate assault brigade and two tactical medics of the 22nd separate mechanized brigade.
"I am honored to be here today. Thank you guys for your heroism. Thank you for protecting the lives of all our people. I'm proud to shake hands and be here to personally award you. Take care of yourselves. I thank you and wish you the main thing - victory," the Head of State said.
