President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited the city of Vyshgorod, Kyiv region on a working trip and inspected a four-story residential building damaged by a Russian missile attack on November 23.

The victims are being provided with the necessary medical care. The issue of ensuring their housing needs is being resolved. In particular, the preparation of a program to help the affected families and restore destroyed and damaged homes is underway.

In addition, the President got acquainted with the work of the mobile and stationary Points of Invincibility, which open in Vyshgorod. People can get the necessary basic services in them 24 hours a day and free of charge in the absence of electricity or heat.

"Such Points of Invincibility will be opened throughout the country so that our people can find support in a difficult situation, so that they can warm up, charge their phones and contact their relatives," Zelenskyy said.

The Points of Invincibility will be at all regional and district administrations, as well as at schools, buildings of the State Emergency Service, etc. The special website nezlamnist.gov.ua has a map of such points throughout the country, which is constantly updated.

Zelenskyy also met with local residents in Vyshgorod.
