Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Ukraine Harsh Kumar Jain.
The interlocutors discussed areas of further cooperation, in particular in establishing a just peace in Ukraine.
The Head of the President's Office praised the participation of Deputy National Security Adviser to the Prime Minister of India Vikram Misri in the fourth meeting of national security advisers and political advisers to the heads of state in Davos on the implementation of the Ukrainian Peace Formula.
Andriy Yermak briefed Harsh Kumar Jain in detail on the preparations for the first Global Peace Summit in Switzerland at the level of heads of state and emphasized the importance of India's further involvement in this process together with other partners of Ukraine, in particular the G7 and the countries of the Global South.
"We are committed to fair and open consultations, as we are willing to make decisions based on the recommendations from our partners, including from you. The Peace Summit is very important for us. We will be happy to see a representative of India," the Head of the Presidential Office said.
