Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak had a phone call with the new Secretary of State, Head of the International Policy Bureau at the Presidential Chancellery of the Republic of Poland Marcin Przydacz.
Andriy Yermak congratulated the interlocutor on his appointment and expressed confidence in fruitful cooperation.
The Head of the Presidential Office emphasized the importance of strengthening the sanctions policy on Russia and noted the active and principled position of Poland in this issue.
Andriy Yermak informed about the idea to organize in the near future a sanctions summit with the participation of representatives of partner countries.
"Its purpose is to analyze what has already been done and how we will work in the future. Unity and coherence of positions in the preparation of new sanctions packages against the aggressor is very important today," the Head of the Presidential Office noted.
Andriy Yermak also informed that Ukraine continues consultations with partners on the organization of the peace summit proposed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The Head of the Office of the President stressed that our country would like to see the widest possible range of participants at this event.
