As part of the ongoing dialogue with allies, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak had a phone call with National Security Advisor to the President of the United States Jake Sullivan.
The parties summed up the results of the meeting between President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and U.S. President Joseph Biden that took place last week in Kyiv. They discussed the situation on the ground, in particular, the defense of Bakhmut in the Donetsk region, as well as the latest enemy attacks by kamikaze drones on facilities in Ukraine.
Andriy Yermak and Jake Sullivan also discussed the Ukrainian Peace Formula and their shared desire for a just peace supported by the states of the world.
The Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine thanked the American side for supporting the resolution "Principles of the Charter of the United Nations that underline the comprehensive, just and lasting peace in Ukraine" at the UN General Assembly, which was voted for by 141 countries.
The Head of the President's Office expressed gratitude to the entire American people, the U.S. President and both chambers of Congress for the continued strong support of our country in the fight against the terrorist state.
