On the instructions of the President, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak held a conversation with Director of the Office of National Security under the President of the Republic of Korea Cho Tae-yong.
Yermak thanked the Korean side for the recently announced additional financial assistance to Ukraine. In this context, the interlocutors emphasized mutual interest in deepening bilateral cooperation in Ukraine's reconstruction and attracting Korean investments.
The head of the President's Office spoke about the progress of preparations for the regular meeting of the national security advisors to the leaders of the states regarding the implementation of the Ukrainian Peace Formula and thanked Korea for its participation in several working groups regarding the implementation of individual points of the Peace Formula.
"We need to create added value, including through the progress in the activities of working groups on each of the points of the Ukrainian Peace Formula and the modalities of holding the Global Peace Summit," Yermak said.
The parties have also agreed on positions and joint actions in the context of upcoming international events, in particular within the framework of the United Nations General Assembly session.
