In order to coordinate the implementation of the agreements reached following the recent meeting between President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President of the Republic of Korea Yoon Suk Yeol in Kyiv, Head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak had a conversation with Director of the National Security Office under the President of the Republic of Korea Cho Tae-yong.
Andriy Yermak noted that the recent visit of the leader of the Republic of Korea to Ukraine was successful and extremely important for the development of relations between the two countries, which are reaching an unprecedentedly high level.
"It is important that during his visit, the President of the Republic of Korea took the time to visit places near Kyiv, where he was able to see with his own eyes the consequences of the crimes committed by the Russian aggressor on the territory of Ukraine," emphasized Andriy Yermak.
The Head of the President's Office told the interlocutor about the preparation of the next meeting of national security advisors to the heads of state on the implementation of Ukraine's initiatives to restore sustainable and just peace based on respect for the UN Charter and international law.
Andriy Yermak noted that Ukraine continues to actively work on the implementation of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's Peace Formula and the preparation of the Global Peace Summit.
The parties also coordinated cooperation between Ukraine and the Republic of Korea in the humanitarian and economic spheres.
