Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak had a telephone conversation with National Security Advisor to the President of the United States Jake Sullivan.
Andriy Yermak spoke about the situation on the battlefield. The two officials discussed the equipment needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the significance of expanding training missions for Ukrainian soldiers in partner countries. They also discussed plans for Ukraine to fly operational F-16s this summer.
During the conversation, the two officials reviewed the results of the Peace Summit. They discussed ongoing U.S. efforts to help Ukraine repair and protect its energy infrastructure, and they agreed to coordinate closely on and to prioritize these efforts.
The Head of the Presidential Office emphasized the crucial importance of continued strong U.S. support for Ukraine.
