The Head of State thanked each of them for supporting Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression; he also described in detail the situation on the battlefield and the defense needs of Ukrainian warriors.

According to the President, he will hold talks with each of the four leaders and then, as planned, will present the Victory Plan to all partners during the Ramstein meeting.

Russia’s war of aggression is a crime against the Ukrainian people; a flagrant violation of international law, including the UN Charter; and a great threat to peace, security and stability of Southeast Europe, the entire European continent, and the world as a whole.

At the moment, 90 Ukrainians are enjoying recreation in Split. All of them are children of warriors from the Kyiv region. The recreation lasts 10 days and is part of the program of the Embassy of Ukraine to Croatia for children of military personnel. In total, since the beginning of the year, more than 800 children have been able to undergo such recreation.

The "Peace Framework" document, which outlines the detailed conditions for a just end to the war, will be ready by November. This was stated by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Dubrovnik during his speech at the third Ukraine – South-East Europe Summit.

If Russia had succeeded in subjugating our country and threatening all of Eastern Europe, there’s no doubt that the next region Moscow would use to destabilize Europe would be the Baltics or Balkans. So we share a common interest in ensuring that Russia lacks the power to continue its aggression or interfere in the lives of other nations.

In Dubrovnik, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenković signed an Agreement on Long-Term Cooperation and Support between the two countries.

The special vehicles, donated by the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), were delivered to emergency medical and disaster response centers in 17 regions of Ukraine.
