As part of his visit to the Swiss Confederation, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with President of the National Council of the Swiss Federal Assembly Eric Nussbaumer and President of the Council of States Eva Herzog, as well as with the heads of parties and factions of the Swiss Federal Assembly.

As part of the fourth meeting of national security and political advisors on the Ukrainian Peace Formula in Davos, the Ukrainian delegation, led by Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak, met with representatives of a number of European countries.

At the meeting of national security advisors and foreign policy advisors to the heads of state on the implementation of the Peace Formula in Davos, Switzerland, the key principles of achieving a comprehensive, just and lasting peace for Ukraine were discussed in detail and a press communiqué of the meeting co-chairs was adopted.

In particular, the following key elements of the Formula were considered: "Withdrawal of Russian troops and cessation of hostilities", "Restoration of justice", "Environmental safety", "Preventing escalation and repetition of aggression", "Confirmation of the end of the war".

Today, a new meeting of advisors to the heads of state on the Peace Formula is taking place in Switzerland. This is the fourth such meeting, and it is extremely important that each one brings together more participants. More than 80 states and international organizations are now represented.

Romania became the 9th country to start bilateral security talks with Ukraine, and once again reaffirmed its unflagging support for Ukraine's independence and territorial integrity, as well as its European and Euro-Atlantic path.

The Ukrainian delegation took part in the opening of the fourth meeting of national security advisors and foreign policy advisors to the heads of state on the implementation of the Peace Formula, which is being held on January 14 in Davos, Switzerland.

When discussing Ukraine's European integration, much attention was given to issues related to further macro-financial support for the country and steps to prepare the negotiation process for EU accession.

And, of course, gratitude to our soldiers. Today, I want to particularly commend the soldiers of our National Guard, who, along with all the Armed Forces and security units, courageously and steadfastly defend Ukrainian positions.

The Head of State expressed gratitude to the Bulgarian Parliament for their recent decisions to support Ukraine.
