The President of Ukraine emphasized that only through joint efforts can the world stop Russia's aggression. Therefore, the summit will bring together countries from all continents.

The Head of State noted that three lines of defense are being erected even where there is no active combat. Regardless of the direction, fortifications are being built to the same standards.
