Ukraine and the United Kingdom held the third round of negotiations on a bilateral agreement on transition to a stronger and deeper partnership.

Deputy Heads of the Office of the President Viktor Mykyta and Ihor Zhovkva met with Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, Parliamentary State Secretary Levente Magyar.

Ukraine's invitation to NATO is the first point of the Victory Plan, because it will help to end the war and prevent the repetition of Russian aggression in the future. This was stated by the Head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak, in his speech at the European Policy Center in Brussels.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented 25 certificates to warriors and relatives of fallen servicemen of the Land Forces, the Air Force, the Naval Forces, the Airborne Assault Forces, the Special Operations Forces, the Territorial Defense Forces, the Unmanned Systems Forces, as well as 5 certificates to representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Guard.

In Brussels, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte and, together with Ukraine’s Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov, took part in a Ukraine – NATO Council meeting at the defense ministers' level.

In Brussels, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, accompanied by Belgian Minister of Foreign Affairs Hadja Lahbib, visited a military hospital where Ukrainian defenders are undergoing treatment.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak participated in a thematic conference dedicated to the first point of the Peace Formula: "Radiation and Nuclear Safety." The event was organized by France, co-chair of the working group alongside Ukraine, with co-leadership from the Czech Republic, Japan, and Sweden.

The Head of State acknowledged Roberta Metsola’s personal leadership and the strong voice of the European Parliament in supporting Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression, as well as on the path toward EU membership.

The Head of State noted that the first point of the Plan is an invitation to NATO. This does not mean membership, but it is a sign that Ukraine is not alone and will definitely become a member of the Alliance.
