President Vjosa Osmani, President Maia Sandu, President Jakov Milatović, President Stevo Pendarovski, President Aleksandar Vučić, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Prime Minister Edi Rama, Chairwoman of the Council of Ministers Borjana Krišto, Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov, Prime Minister Andrej Plenković, Prime Minister Ion-Marcel Ciolacu, gathered in Tirana on February 28, 2024, and issued the following declaration.

There must be no Europe of “different dignities” – when someone deserves security and peace while someone’s struggle for peace is ignored, when someone deserves integration into unions and alliances, and someone is supposed to stay behind and wait. 

The document will help develop cooperation with Albania and strengthen Ukraine's position in the Balkan region.

He noted the defense assistance provided by Albania to Ukraine and thanked the Albanian government for the decision to allocate a new tranche of military support, including equipment and ammunition.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud exchanged views on the current situation in the world and possible ways to end the war in our country.

On the second anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Ukrainian children who were returned after being abducted by the Russians visited the UN Headquarters to speak about Russian crimes as part of the Stolen Voices information campaign under President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's Bring Kids Back UA action plan.

Andriy Yermak stated that the war, which is now affecting the whole world, began in Crimea, and the way to its end lies through the Crimean peninsula.

In his video address, the Head of State emphasized that since the Russian Federation illegally occupied Crimea 10 years ago, persecution, repression and humiliation of people have begun on the peninsula. And we have to fight for the full restoration of international law in relation to Crimea, and therefore to any other land.

The parties discussed the main structural elements and blocks of the future agreement and agreed on a schedule for further work.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the leaders of the European Union and the United States in a video message to the summit in Paris on support for Ukraine.
