Today we support the initiative of Ukraine and we are launching the Humanitarian Program "Grain from Ukraine" which will establish the framework to deliver Ukrainian food to the countries of Africa and Asia, which are most affected by hunger.

"The essence of our new humanitarian initiative is very simple, transparent, very important. We plan to send at least 60 ships from Ukrainian ports to the countries most affected by the food crisis and that are in need of urgent aid," the Head of State said.

If it weren't for Ukrainian food, if it weren't for our joint leadership with our partners, social stability in such regions as North Africa or the Middle East would not have been maintained. This is exactly what Russia wanted. We must – and we can! – not allow this.

On the 90th anniversary of the Holodomor of 1932-1933, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and First Lady Olena Zelenska together with Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium Alexander De Croo and Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania Ingrida Šimonytė took part in a ceremony to commemorate the victims of the famine in Ukraine.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Prime Minister of the Republic of Lithuania Ingrida Šimonytė visited the Alley of Courage on Constitution Square in Kyiv and took part in the unveiling of a symbolic plaque with the name of the head of the Lithuanian government.

This program provides for purchase of foodstuffs from Ukrainian producers by partners and sending them to countries in Africa and Asia that are on the brink of famine.

We will not allow millions of people in the world to be left without food and water. We remember how it used to be. Unfortunately, we know how it happens today. We won't make it happen tomorrow. Neither here, nor in any country of the world on the entire planet.

The parties also discussed in detail the interaction of the two states in the UN, in the structures of the European Union and at other international levels.

Please, it is necessary to consume electricity sparingly in all regions, as before. If you don't have a power outage, it doesn't mean the problem is over. Please, if you have electricity, this does not mean that you can turn on several powerful electrical appliances at once.

President of Ukraine visited the city of Vyshgorod, Kyiv region on a working trip and inspected a four-story residential building damaged by a Russian missile attack on November 23. In addition, Volodymyr Zelenskyy got acquainted with the work of the mobile and stationary Points of Invincibility, which open in Vyshgorod.
