According to the President, first of all, everyone must make sure that Russia, as the sole source of this war, accepts the need to end it. This can be proved by two forms of silence that are easy to establish and monitor: no attacks on energy and other civilian infrastructure, namely a truce on missiles, bombs and long-range drones, and a truce on the water, meaning the cessation of military operations in the Black Sea.

Ukrainians do really want peace, but not at the cost of giving up Ukraine. Is Russia capable of giving up the war – this is the question that any negotiations must answer.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen and President of the European Council António Costa in Brussels.

The Head of State expressed gratitude for the support of Belgium and Belgian people, particularly for the decision to provide F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine and for the training of Ukrainian pilots and technical personnel.

The leaders coordinated their positions and steps toward achieving a just and lasting peace. The Head of State expressed his gratitude to each partner for their support of the Ukrainian people.

We hope to see the first results next week. We must also reignite progress on our European path, particularly concerning our European integration – clusters in the process of accession negotiations.

Advisor and Presidential Commissioner for Sanctions Policy Vladyslav Vlasiuk met with Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Ukraine Mustafa Levent Bilgen.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held telephone conversations with President of Finland Alexander Stubb, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of Croatia Andrej Plenković, and Prime Minister of Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis, during which they discussed the results of the Leaders' Summit in London and the next joint steps to achieve a just and sustainable peace.

For us, maintaining normal, partnership-based relations with America is essential to bringing the war to a real end. None of us wants an endless war. Ukraine will always be grateful to the U.S. for all the support that has been and is being provided. We seek constructive cooperation. Partnership-based relations.

The largest School of Superheroes center has fully launched in Lviv. This is the sixth educational space established with full funding from the Olena Zelenska Foundation. The Foundation's partner, the Government of the Principality of Liechtenstein, has become the donor of the project.
