The Head of State congratulated Mustafa Dzhemilev on the anniversary and thanked him for upholding the interests of our state and his struggle for the rights of Crimean Tatars.

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak arrived on a working visit to the United States and met with representatives of the Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar communities at the Ukrainian House in Washington.

We are capable of overcoming the most difficult challenges. But only together, in unity, when we take care of each other and when millions of people help their defenders and their country.

The President presented state awards to ten doctors, employees of local government authorities, the city military administration, employees of public utilities, and volunteers who demonstrated steadfastness in the face of the occupiers and contributed to the liberation of Kherson.

I am grateful to everyone who remembers how the people of Kherson resisted the occupiers, awaited the return of the Ukrainian flag, and welcomed our soldiers. I thank everyone who today honored the memory of those who gave their lives for Kherson and for our entire state to be free.

The Head of the Ukrainian state greeted the leader of Poland and the entire Polish nation on Independence Day. Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized that Ukraine's independence will always be a strong support for the freedom of Poland.

Today is one of the anniversaries that shapes our Ukrainian confidence that we can.

Andriy Yermak and Timothy Barrow also exchanged views on the security situation in the region, particularly the situation on the battlefield and the needs of the Ukrainian defense forces.

Andriy Yermak and Jake Sullivan paid special attention to the results of the third meeting of national security advisors and foreign policy advisors on the points of the Formula implementation, which took place in Malta.

The parties discussed preparations for the next national security advisors' meeting on the restoration of sustainable and just peace based on the Ukrainian Peace Formula.
