On the instructions of the President of Ukraine and the Head of the Presidential Office, the second round of consultations with the Netherlands on bilateral security arrangements was held today. This was a logical continuation of the dialogue initiated at the end of October within the implementation of the Joint Declaration of Support for Ukraine.

Despite the opinions and predictions of individual military commanders and representatives of partner states, the timing of the end of the war depends on many factors, including Ukraine's resilience. This was stated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during the end-of-year press conference in Kyiv.

"This is long-term assistance, and it serves various purposes: some for humanitarian aid, some for economic support, and social payments. But a significant portion of this aid from these countries is military assistance to Ukraine. I have confidence in our partners, and I believe that we have done nearly everything," said Volodymyr Zelenskyy during the end-of-year press conference in Kyiv.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy took part in the first Diia Summit since the beginning of the full-scale Russian war and presented new services that have become available in the “Diia” app and on the unified portal of state services.

First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska took part in the seminar "Partnership for Transformation: Shaping the Future of Healthcare in Ukraine" for medical institutions that are members of the international medical partnership program or will join it in the near future.

Andrii Sybiha highly appreciated the strong allied support that the United Kingdom has been providing to Ukraine from the first days of the full-scale Russian invasion. He specifically noted the active and effective assistance to Ukraine from the United Kingdom and personally from Barbara Woodward within the United Nations, primarily in the Security Council and the General Assembly.

This year has shown that the potential of bilateral long-term support programs – not only from the world's most powerful countries – is a tool that not only helps effectively, but also sends a clear signal to everyone in the world – a signal of steadfast support for Ukraine.

The Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, held a meeting with the Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs of the United States, James O’Brien, and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State of the United States, Christopher Smith, as part of their working visit to Ukraine.

During the opening ceremony, the Head of State noted the significant contribution of the American entrepreneur and philanthropist to helping Ukraine. Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated: Howard Buffett's name will now be next to the names of those who have stood with Ukraine since the first days of Russia's full-scale invasion.
