Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke about the work being carried out to implement the Peace Formula, specifically about the upcoming conference on the return of prisoners and deported Ukrainians, which will be held on October 30–31 in Canada at the ministerial level. He invited a representative of the Vatican to participate in this event.

In Rome, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with President of the Council of Ministers of Italy Giorgia Meloni.

They discussed its specific points and agreed to work on the Plan together with allies in the near future.

On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, First Lady Olena Zelenska participated in the event "Moments of Resilience Every Day," which took place at Boryspil Airport.

A trilateral meeting of President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Keir Starmer and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte took place in London.

The Head of State thanked the United Kingdom for its continued defense support, including with long-range weapons. He also emphasized the need to obtain permission to strike deep into the territory of Russia.

The Head of State thanked each of them for supporting Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression; he also described in detail the situation on the battlefield and the defense needs of Ukrainian warriors.

According to the President, he will hold talks with each of the four leaders and then, as planned, will present the Victory Plan to all partners during the Ramstein meeting.

Russia’s war of aggression is a crime against the Ukrainian people; a flagrant violation of international law, including the UN Charter; and a great threat to peace, security and stability of Southeast Europe, the entire European continent, and the world as a whole.

At the moment, 90 Ukrainians are enjoying recreation in Split. All of them are children of warriors from the Kyiv region. The recreation lasts 10 days and is part of the program of the Embassy of Ukraine to Croatia for children of military personnel. In total, since the beginning of the year, more than 800 children have been able to undergo such recreation.
