The President and the Prime Minister discussed bilateral matters and future contacts with partners, primarily with U.S. President Donald Trump.

During the meeting, the leaders discussed opportunities to further strengthen Ukraine’s defense capabilities with France’s support, which would bolster Ukraine’s position in achieving a just and lasting peace. Special attention was given to security cooperation, particularly possible formats for security guarantees for Ukraine and Europe as a whole.
