During the meeting, the parties discussed the outcomes of British Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s visit to Ukraine. They also addressed the necessary steps to implement the bilateral One Hundred Year Partnership Agreement signed on January 16.

The First Lady of Ukraine visited the modern shelters set up by the Olena Zelenska Foundation in the Dnipro region. Nearly 2,000 students from two lyceums and a gymnasium will be able to study safely there during an air raid alert.

Today an initial report was given by Government officials and team of the Office – Oleksii Kuleba and Viktor Mykyta – on critical programs that are now suspended and were previously funded by American support.

During her visit to the Dnipropetrovsk region, First Lady Olena Zelenska visited a psychological assistance center, a driving school for people with disabilities, and a lyceum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

On the Day of Remembrance of the Heroes of Kruty, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with cadets and lyceum students of 18 military educational institutions, as well as defenders of Ukraine.

The leaders paid special attention to strengthening bilateral cooperation between Ukraine and Northern Europe, as well as joint efforts to bring closer a just and lasting peace.

The modernization was funded by state subventions allocated by the Government last year. The funds were distributed equally among the regions. In total, 173 projects were successfully implemented.

On the Day of Remembrance of the Heroes of Kruty, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy paid tribute to those who held back the Bolshevik advance on Kyiv on January 29, 1918.

Oleksii Kuleba and other Government officials are identifying which specific programs are currently in short supply; almost all of them were not channeled through the Government of Ukraine, but directly through our communities, through various organizations. There are many projects. We will determine which ones are critical and need immediate solutions.

Dariia Zarivna, Advisor to the Head of the Presidential Office and Chief Operating Officer of Bring Kids Back UA, and Andriy Kovalenko, Head of the Center for Countering Disinformation, took part in the presentation of the analytical report “Militarization of Ukrainian Children in the Temporarily Occupied Territories of Ukraine”.
