The world is changing fast – in military, in diplomacy, in economics, in everything. And we must keep up, of course. And we need to meet as soon as possible to define the terms of peace and security guarantees.

On the third anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion, the "Support Ukraine" plenary session was held in Kyiv under the leadership of President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. More than 40 heads of state and government, as well as heads of European Union institutions and international organizations, took part in it both in person and online.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy stressed that a reliable and lasting peace is much more than silence on the front line; it will not work without security guarantees. According to the Head of State, since 2014, Russia has violated the ceasefire more than 25 times.

Now, we must do more than yesterday. Support each other more than ever before. So that this year we can say – we did everything we could and had to do, and here – peace is here.

The ceremony was attended by foreign leaders who arrived in Ukraine on the third anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion.

As part of the Stolen Voices information campaign and the Bring Kids Back UA initiative of the President of Ukraine, Daria Herasymchuk called for every effort to be made to ensure that every child abducted by Russia returns home as soon as possible.

Ukraine must receive clear and effective security guarantees from its partners, which should ensure the achievement of a just and lasting peace. This was stated by the Head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak, during the "Ukraine. Year 2025" Forum.

The Head of State presented the "Golden Stars" of the Hero of Ukraine, the "Cross of Military Merit" distinctions, other state awards, battle flags, and "For Courage and Bravery" insignias to military units. Volodymyr Zelensky also handed over 13 apartment certificates to the Heroes of Ukraine and the families of the fallen Heroes.

The export of liquefied natural gas (LNG) from the United States to Ukraine will reinforce American leadership in the energy market, bolster European security, and will also be an important factor in neutralizing Russia's energy weapon. Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak emphasized this in his op-ed for the Houston Chronicle.

Security guarantees are what unite the vast majority. Europe, America, and all our partners in the world need a shared understanding of how to ensure that Putin can never deceive anyone again and that Russia can no longer bring death to other nations – from Ukraine and Europe to Syria, the Middle East, and Africa.
